主  題： Getting to Know Property Bonds and Credit Analysis

內容簡介： This speech briefly talks about the real estate bond which is a corporate bond issued by a property company and then introduces the rating agencies for public bonds. Private bonds, however, tend to be unrated so that investors typically need to assign an internal rating. Following that, this talk introduces two components for the credit analysis, i.e. business risk profile and financial risk profile, and gives some investment ideas as well as some real cases.
